How it works.

  1. Load it once: a roll of bags, treats, keys.

  2. Grab it with the leash on the way out.

  3. Pull a bag from the dispenser with one hand. The other one stays on the leash.

Will it fit my phone?

We list the exact phone size that fits in the specs, measured on the bag itself.

Do poop bags come with it?

The Sidekick ships empty. Any standard roll fits the dispenser.

Can I wear it as a belt bag?

Yes. The same strap adjusts for crossbody or waist wear.

Is it only for dog walks?

It's built for them, but it carries the same everyday things on any errand.

How long does delivery take?

You'll see the delivery estimate at checkout, before you pay. Shipping is free and tracked.

Do prices include taxes and duties?

We don't charge GST at the moment. Our Shipping & Duties page explains what may apply in your country.

Can I return something?

Yes. You have 30 days after delivery to return an unused item in its packaging. Write to us and we'll explain how. In Australia, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply too.

Does a kit come in one box?

Not always. Each piece ships from its own warehouse, so a kit can arrive in two parcels, a few days apart. Each parcel gets its own tracking link.

Where's my order?

Your shipping confirmation email has a tracking link. No email? Check your spam folder, or write to us with your order number.

Can I send it as a gift?

Of course. Enter their address at checkout and it ships straight to them. Need it today? A digital gift card arrives by email right away.
