How long does a session last?

It depends on your dog and how much you hide.

Is it a chew toy?

No. It's a sniffing game. Supervise your dog and put it away after use.

Does it work for puppies?

Yes, with small pieces of kibble and supervision.

How long does delivery take?

You'll see the delivery estimate at checkout, before you pay. Shipping is free and tracked.

Do prices include taxes and duties?

Can I return something?

Yes. You have 30 days after delivery to return an unused item in its packaging. Write to us and we'll explain how. In Australia, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply too.

Does a kit come in one box?

Not always. Each piece ships from its own warehouse, so a kit can arrive in two parcels, a few days apart. Each parcel gets its own tracking link.

Where's my order?
