How long does delivery take?
Shipping is free and tracked: you get the tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships.
Do prices include taxes and duties?
We don't charge GST at the moment. Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may be charged at delivery.
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 30 days after delivery to return an unused item in its packaging. Write to us and we'll explain how. In Australia, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply too.
Does a kit come in one box?
Not always. Each piece ships from its own warehouse, so a kit can arrive in two parcels, a few days apart. Each parcel gets its own tracking link.
Where's my order?
Your shipping confirmation email has a tracking link. No email? Check your spam folder, or write to us with your order number.
Can I send it as a gift?
Of course. Enter their address at checkout and it ships straight to them.
