Questions, answered.
How long does delivery take?
Shipping is free and tracked: you get the tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships.
Do prices include taxes and duties?
Prices don't include sales tax: it's calculated at checkout. Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may be charged at delivery.
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 30 days after delivery to return an unused item in its packaging. Write to us and we'll explain how.
Does a kit come in one box?
Not always. Each piece ships from its own warehouse, so a kit can arrive in two parcels, a few days apart. Each parcel gets its own tracking link.
Where's my order?
Your shipping confirmation email has a tracking link. No email? Check your spam folder, or write to us with your order number.
Can I send it as a gift?
Of course. Enter their address at checkout and it ships straight to them.
